CEE's research agenda is not shaped by donors, funders, or commercial interests. All contributions — individual, institutional, or collaborative — are accepted on the understanding that CEE retains full editorial independence over its research outputs, advisory positions, and public communications. We do not produce research to order, and we do not allow funding relationships to influence our conclusions.
